Nadia Ayub

Nadia has spent the majority of her career working within Multi-Disciplinary services for children. Having successfully worked in Specialist CAMHS, Early Intervention, Prevention and Education for vulnerable learner roles she has a proven ability to engage families and disadvantaged students who are deemed as “hard to reach”.

She has a wealth of experience leading on review meetings in schools, implementing strategic approaches to greater participation for children and young people and signposting to appropriate agencies as and where necessary.

Nadia has experience in training professionals in educational settings; supporting inclusion; promoting emotional well-being; devising and delivering therapeutic interventions and educational support for children.

She builds solid working relationships with professionals and is an invaluable advocate for children in difficult circumstances. She is knowledgeable, persistent and resilient on behalf of the children she works with and always has their best interests at heart.

Nadia was SUMO trained by Paul McGee, and also completed Paul’s Masterclass presentation training. Nadia has trained staff in SUMO in primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Special Schools and Alternative Provisions. She is also Mental Health First Aid trained.
